I am a home schooled chef with over 20 years of experience working around the world.
Over the years, while living and working in these countries, I’ve had the good fortune to be taught a wide variety of cooking styles from local chef, including Corsican, Catalonian, Canarian, Moroccan, Turkish, Mexican, Nepali, Indian, Finnish and Argentinian classics.
It is this hands-on experience with locals that has shaped my cooking style and enabled me to expand my repertoire.
Over the last number of years I have moved into teaching athletes, outdoor adventurers and brands how to cook good food at home and whilst travelling and the link between good food and performance.
I am also a qualified International Mountain Leader with thousands of days coaching and leading in the mountains.
